CHLOE
Founder & Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across the mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) sectors. Throughout my career, I have worked collaboratively with consumers, their families, and service providers to enhance wellbeing and improve overall quality of life.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, complex PTSD, personality disorders,
neurodivergence, maternal mental health, pain, addiction, and comorbidity. My practice is holistic and person-centred, recognising that each person’s story is shaped by their environment, experiences, and connections. I value understanding the whole person - their history, values, relationships, and strengths - to provide care that is meaningful and responsive.
In my therapeutic practice, I support people aged 16 and over, from all walks of life. I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and somatic therapy. My work is grounded in attachment, empowerment-based approaches, trauma-informed practices, recovery-oriented frameworks, and feminist theory, ensuring that therapy is collaborative, validating, and affirming.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals feel seen, valued, and heard - a place to explore challenges with compassion and curiosity. I walk alongside people as they uncover barriers, develop self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
I am deeply passionate about women’s health, neurodivergence, and neuro-affirming practices, and bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work. Having personally navigated anxiety, ADHD, and birth trauma, I understand the complexities of being human and the courage it takes to seek support.
At Kindred Solace, I aim to embody our shared values of compassion, connection, solidarity, and comfort to create a space where healing is held with care, and no one has to walk their journey alone.
I stand with you.

EMMA
Founder & Social Work Clinician
I am a Social Worker whose practice is grounded in compassion, justice, and a deep commitment to holding space for people moving through loss, grief and trauma. With additional training in these areas, I bring a steady, relational presence and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing, reclamation and self-determination.

Guided by Kindred Solace’s ethos, I approach my work with energy, curiosity and an unwavering respect for people’s lived experiences. I honour the interconnected systems that shape our lives and the integral role Social Workers play in supporting individual and collective change. My practice is anchored in meeting people exactly where they are, recognising the complexities of your circumstances, and walking alongside you as you envision where you want to be.
Across government health settings and Not-for-profit organisations, I have supported people navigating addiction, complex mental health conditions, life-limiting illness (palliative care), social isolation, intersecting disadvantage, and those in contact with the criminal justice system. I am proficient in working across diverse communities, holding a person-in-environment lens that makes space for the systemic realities people carry. I hold a firm belief in the restorative power of returning to oneself through cycles of change, and work to cultivate self-awareness, resilience and empowerment in every therapeutic relationship.

Alongside my direct clinical work, I bring experience in supervising students, volunteers and multidisciplinary teams. As well as having engaged in roles focused on organisational strategy, risk management, tender writing, program design and ongoing quality improvement activities. Giving me a comprehensive understanding of the ethical, legislative and contractual responsibilities shaping Social Work practice.
Whether I am offering therapeutic support or engaging in clinical supervision, I centre my practice on connection, collaboration and guided reflection. I am dedicated to nurturing meaningful outcomes shaped by each person’s hopes, strengths, and autonomy. My work consistently embodies the values of Kindred Solace - relationship, collective healing, dignity, accountability, and deep human connection.

I cannot wait to meet you, see you, hear you, and truly know you.
