This is your invitation to say a big, embodied f*** you to the systems that taught you to stay small, quiet, and “nice.” To the conditioning that told you your anger is too much, too loud, too inconvenient. We’re not buying into that anymore.

At Kindred Solace, we believe rage isn’t something to suppress - it’s something to listen to, move through, and honour. Beneath it lives truth, boundaries, grief, power. This workshop is about giving that energy somewhere to go - safely, collectively, and without shame.

Expect mess. Expect noise. Expect to take up space in ways you may have never been allowed to before. This is fun with intention; where raw release meets connection, and expression becomes liberation.
